When calling you will find four options:

1 - for service times, and 2 - for directions.

3 - is to reach the church office. This is for all routine needs which would include bulletin announcements, information requests, requests to speak to a staff person, a counseling need, and task or event related messages. The voicemail for the office is actively monitored.

4- is for urgent calls, you will be directed to a voicemail box and your message will immediately be forwarded to an on-call staff person. Someone will promptly return your call. Urgent calls would include: notification of loss of life, physical or emotional trauma, and facility concerns (e.g. you're the last person in the facility and don't know what to do; you found the door unlocked to the facility and don't have a key to lock it). Obviously, In the event of a medical or other emergency please remember to call 911 before you call the church.

If there is a weather related event resulting in the change of a service or church-wide event the voicemail greeting will be updated, it will be posted to the Google Group, and the website will be updated.
