Our Pastor
As a pastor, teacher and administrator with over 30 years of experience, Ed Conway has a unique perspective on the local church in New England.
Ed grew up in Medford and as a young man was involved in sports and community activities. He joined the Air Force and received an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Staff Sergeant. It was during his Air Force days that he accepted Christ as Savior and sensed God’s call upon his life for ministry.
Ed and his wife Jan were married in 1979. They have two adult children, Rebekah and Timothy, both are married. Ed and Jan enjoyed seeing their children grow and mature. The Conway home was a busy place with church life, homeschooling, music lessons, public high school, and community and sporting events.
Ed has been a life-long learner of the Bible. In the early days he earned a diploma through the Berean School of the Bible while earning a B.A. in Sociology from UMASS. His theological training extends to a graduate certificate in theology from Bethel Seminary of the East, and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newburgh, Indiana.
Ed planted the church in 1986. He is committed to a verse by verse teaching of the Bible and the desire to see God’s Word impact every area of a person’s life. His teaching style is conversational and seasoned with the love and grace of God.
